what is it? a mindful art + embodiment workshop. writing, optional doodling, but mostly, imagination! we’ll use a form of “meditative” art practice to make your own Encyclopaedia of Pleasure. don’t really know how to describe this and avoid labels successfully but…think of it as a creative exploration that hopefully feels good!
about: i’ve been running this workshop for around 10 years and find it a helpful tool to reconnect with your vibes. a guiding anchor or space to remember. plus ideas for practical application of your creation. You get to make a mini encyclopaedia you can return to.
who’s this for? every body. who likes making things with intention and vibes. and who’s a part of my Patreon community. #goodpeople
do i need experience? none at all. just yourself. you’re the sauce that glues, um, the pages together? Oh…. no glue required!
will this be recorded? no, this will be a live event.
bring: yourself, drink, snacks + crafty bits which could look like a pen and paper, or go ham with glitter tings, crayons, etc.
duration: up to 1hr. very chilled + chatty vibes.
