Pause workshops in Bergen

“We need to mentally pause so a deeper wisdom can pass through us” –  Tara Brach

Aim:

A series of two creative movement workshops that can be taken separately or together.

Intention:

We will explore ways we can PAUSE to open our senses, create a healthy rhythm for ourselves, more space, restoration, contemplation and possibilities.

In workshop 1, The Space In Between, we explore how to be supported.

In workshop 2, Take Care of You, we explore how to support ourselves.

Both sessions will involve movement exploration, music, and have a pause in between for a creative activity.

The workshops will be followed by snacks and healthy hot cacao (recipe here) and you´ll leave with a personalised gift bag to take home.
