Just a quick reminder to those of you in Oslo: Ketil and I will be back in the city this weekend!
We´re running a couple of workshops at the Movementarts Festival .
Both our events will take place this Saturday in Studio 4 of the Norwegian Dance College.

MUSIC + MOVEMENT
15:30 – 17:00
Space is the Place!
Start where you are, with what you have.
(((Practice inspired by Nancy the cat and the Honeybadger amongst other awesome creatures.)))
Expect: Adventures in grounding with tender, playful, fluid explorations in authentic movement. Every body welcome.
Ketil will be providing the soundtrack and playing compositions live during this event.
***not your “typical” vinyasa practice (…whatever that is!)***

SILENT DISCO
18:00 – 19:30
Dance your socks off if you like, or marvel at the silent sing and move- alongs! Finemann and I are Brød og Smør, and we will be vying for your channel selection as we go head to head in a (loving) music battle. You choose your flavor and add dance seasoning as you fancy. Can´t wait to cut many rugs!
