Just wanted to pop in to let you know about a yoga event we´re running this Sunday. We´re honoured to be a part of the amazing CULT MILK art/music/life event at Patterns (ex Audio) and will be sharing our Music + Movement project, which is a Sunday chill version of our Yoga Disco. It´s obviously inspired by Sun Ra and his spacious-tropical-vibes (jewels provided!)

In collaboration with CULT MILK and their interactive all day art event, Ketil and I will be sharing a Music + Movement yoga session to kick off the day!
Ketil will play some compositions live and mix them up with our fave vibe songs which will be a sweet compliment to our movement journey.
